43, of New York City, was arrested Oct. 2 in the Town of Livingston and charged with burglary in the second degree at a dwelling, a felony, related to an incident for which he was already wanted for parole in New York City, according to a State Police report. 
was picked up as a suspicious person and when his wanted status was determined, he was arrested, processed and released to a third party with tickets to appear in court.
