49, of Lake Katrine, was arrested Oct. 8 at 10:35pm in the Village of Rhinebeck and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, according to a Rhinebeck Police report. Barone was stopped after troopers reportedly observed his vehicle crossing the center lane markings at which time the troopers administered a field sobriety test. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
