29, of Pine Plains, was arrested Oct. 11 at 2pm on the Taconic Parkway in the Town of Milan and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, possession of a hypodermic instrument, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, all misdemeanors, as well as possession of a controlled substance not in its original container, a violation, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
