22, of Elizaville, was arrested Oct. 14 in the Town of Red Hook and charged with unlawfully growing cannabis, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to a State Police report. The report stated that an Elizaville resident claimed he had found marijuana plants growing on his property and a police investigation determined that Slater allegedly owned the plants. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
