NYC woman charged with criminal impersonation in Milan

56, of Flushing, was arrested Oct. 15 at the town hall in Milan and charged with filing a false instrument in the second degree, a misdemeanor, and criminal impersonation of another person in the second degree, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. According to the report, Li showed up in Town of Milan Justice Court using another person’s name for that person’s court date for a vehicle and traffic offense. She was arraigned in Town of Milan court and released on $1,000 cash bail with tickets to reappear in court.
