5th annual benefit auction set in Rhinebeck

The annual Holiday Charity Auction is returning for its fifth year to Rhinebeck on Sun., Dec. 1.

The event, a good place to shop for Christmas and Hanukah gifts, will be held at Town Hall, 80 East Market St. It’s also a joint fund-raiser by the Chancellor Livingston chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Museum of Rhinebeck History.

According to a news release from auction co-chairs Jennifer Cole of the DAR and Steven Mann of the museum, the doors will open at 4:30pm for the silent auction, bake sale, food sale, “mocktails,” and jewelry sale, as well as for a public viewing of live auction items and a chance to submit “Absentee Bids.” The live auction starts at 5:30pm.
