3 burglary charges filed against Red Hook man after village break-ins

26, of Red Hook, was arrested Nov. 13 following a joint investigation by the State Police, Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and Red Hook Police into three recent burglaries in the village of Red Hook.

was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, both felonies, by the Red Hook Police in connection with recent break-ins at the VFW Hall and the United Methodist Church on Nov. 11, according to a Red Hook police report. He was also charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, in connection with a break-in and theft of a tip jar containing $45 at Griff’s South Side Deli on Route 9 on Nov. 5, according to a Sheriff’s report.
