41, of Livingston, was arrested in Livingston after state troopers responded to a report of a domestic incident at his residence Nov. 2, according to a State Police report. The report said that troopers were informed that a sex offense had been committed by Sisco in 2012. After investigation, 
was arrested Nov. 6 and charged with second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. He was arraigned in the Town of Livingston court and remanded to Columbia County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
