23, of Hudson, was arrested Nov. 4 and Katie Hendrix, 33, of Kingston, was arrested Nov. 7 in the Town of Rhinebeck, and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. The arrests stemmed from an incident in Rhinebeck reported on Oct. 6, the report said. They were processed and issued appearance tickets for court.
