New Jersey man charged with DWI in Rhinebeck

32, of Morristown, N.J., was arrested Nov. 12 at 1:26 am and charged with DWI after a traffic stop on Slate Quarry Road and Wurtemburg Road in Rhinebeck, according to a County Sheriff’s Office report. He was processed and released on traffic tickets.
