18, of Germantown, was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following an accident on County Route 10 in Livingston, according to a State Police report. Responding to a 911 call at 6:30am that morning, troopers located an overturned unoccupied vehicle off the roadway. Further investigation determined the suspect to be 
, the report said, and when officers arrived at his residence, he had injuries from the collision. There was also a minivan in his driveway that had been taken from a residence near the accident scene, the report said.
was taken into custody and transported to St. Francis Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Further charges are pending.
