, 33, of Catskill, was arrested Dec. 4 in Livingston and charged with third-degree criminal solicitation and illegal entry with intent to burglarize, both felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. The report stated that 
is accused of using an 11-year-old juvenile on two occasions to enter a home through the dog door in order to steal money inside the residence. She was remanded to Columbia County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
