, 50, of Tivoli, was arrested Nov. 29 in connection with a Nov. 19 incident in Milan involving a Red Hook school bus on its morning pick-up route. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, and failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, both infractions, according to a Sheriff’s Office report. At the time, the school bus driver went on Facebook seeking help from local residents to find the driver. was processed and issued a ticket to appear in court.
