, 46, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested at the Red Hook Police Department on Dec. 23 at 5pm and charged with criminal contempt and aggravated harassment, both misdemeanors, according to a Red Hook Police report. The report said that 
broke an order of protection by making threatening phone calls. He was processed, arraigned in Town of Red Hook Court and posted $2,000 bail.
