, 62, of Hyde Park, was arrested Dec. 24 in Hyde Park and charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, according to a Hyde Park Police report. It is alleged that 
menaced his wife during a domestic dispute, the report said. He was released on his own recognizance with tickets to appear in court.
