, 44, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested Jan. 6 in Pleasant Valley and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, according to a State Police report. Troopers responded to a 911 call to investigate a report of a purse stolen from a vehicle while the victim was in Dunkin’ Donuts and allegedly observed 
peering into vehicles in the parking area. She was found to be in possession of the stolen items, the report said. She was issued an appearance ticket for court.
