She was charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, because she had two children under the age of 15 in the car with her. was also found to be in possession of 1 gram of cocaine and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, the report said. She was released on her own recognizance with tickets to appear in court.
