, 18, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested Jan. 13 in Pleasant Valley and charged with third-degree menacing and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation, according to a State Police report. Troopers were dispatched by Dutchess County 911 after a report of a physical domestic dispute, in which 
is accused of physically placing the victim in fear for their safety, the report said. He was arraigned before Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and released on his own recognizance with tickets to appear in court.
