, 42, of Hyde Park, was arrested Jan. 23 in Hyde Park and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, according to a Hyde Park Police report. According to the report, the arrest was the result of an investigation into a fight Oct. 26 in which a male reported he was assaulted at a local bar but did not know the assailant. 
was arraigned in front of Judge Kennedy and released on his own recognizance with tickets to return to Hyde Park Justice Court.
