, 23, of Maryland, N.Y., was arrested Jan. 26 in Hyde Park and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation, in an incident involving a domestic dispute, according to a Hyde Park Police report. He was released on his own recognizance to reappear in Hyde Park Justice Court.
