, 22, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Feb. 1, in Hyde Park on an active bench warrant issued by Hyde Park Justice Court for second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, according to a Hyde Police report. He was arraigned in front of Judge Steinberg and remanded to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
