, 56, of Milan, was arrested Feb. 3 in Livingston and charged with driving while intoxicated, a first offense and a misdemeanor, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, with no prior convictions, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. The report said he was pulled over on Route 9 after an erratic driver complaint was reported to State Police who then observed his vehicle failing to maintain its lane. He was processed and issued appearance tickets for court.
