Three people were injured in a two-car accident on Route 9G in Tivoli this morning, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office.
The victims were all taken to local hospitals with various degrees of injury, the sheriff report said. No further details were available because the investigation of the 10am accident is still underway.
Route 9G was shut down from Lasher Road, near the Columbia County border, to Clay Hill Road, just south of the Tivoli intersection at West Kerley Corners Rd. (County Rt. 78).
It is unclear where the accident took place, but it is in the vicinity of the fatal hit-and-run Jan. 31 that killed two Bard College students.
