, 21, of Tivoli, was arrested March 5 in the Town of Clermont and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, for violating an order of protection by entering a home without permission. He was arraigned at Town of Clermont Justice Court and remanded to Columbia County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bail bond.
