, 26, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested Feb. 25 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle, both misdemeanors, according to a State Police report. The report said 
was found to be in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles after troopers observing him running after a car that was traveling on Route 44. He was processed with tickets to appear in court.
