Hyde Park man charged with criminal mischief

, 33, of Hyde Park, was arrested Feb. 22 in Hyde Park and charged with two counts of criminal mischief, both misdemeanors, according to a Hyde Park Police report. The report stated the charges were the result of a domestic dispute with his girlfriend in which allegedly used a hammer to damage picture frames and an elliptical machine. He was arraigned in Hyde Park Justice Court and released on his own recognizance with tickets to appear in court.
