He was released on tickets to appear in court. …, 44, of Pleasant Valley, charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated, both felonies because of a prior DWI-related conviction within the past 10 years, in the Town of LaGrange. She was released on bail with tickets to appear in court. …, 23, of Millbrook, charged with driving while intoxicated and having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher, both felonies because of two DWI-related charges in the past 10 years, in Pleasant Valley.
