, 29, of Clinton Corners, was arrested March 20 in the Town of Stanford and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors, according to a State Police report. The report said 
was found to be in possession of heroin, suboxone and hypodermic needles after a domestic incident was reported to Dutchess County 911. She was arraigned in Town of Stanford Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
