, 39, of Staatsburg, was arrested March 21 in the town of Pleasant Valley and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, since he had a prior DWI conviction in the last 10 years; operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, a misdemeanor; and two infractions for lack of headlights and failing to keep right, according to a Sheriff’s Department report. The report said he was stopped after a deputy sheriff reportedly saw him driving a 2003 Chevrolet without headlights and failing to keep right. He was arraigned in Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on bail.
