, 47, of Germantown, was arrested March 27 at 11pm in the town of Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated, a first offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher, both misdemeanors, and the infraction of speeding, according to a State Police report. He was processed and issued appearance tickets for court.
