, 22, of Hyde Park, was arrested April 1 in the village of Rhinebeck and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, according to a State Police report. She allegedly was found with a small amount of marijuana and some illegal prescription drugs, the report said. She was processed and issued an appearance ticket for court.
