, 23, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested April 2 in Pleasant Valley and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. According to the report, 
is accused of intentionally damaging several household items during a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
