, 46, of Clinton Corners, and 
, 21, of Salt Point, were arrested April 30 in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with petty larceny and criminal trespass, both misdemeanors, according to a State Police report. Upon investigating a complaint, officers allegedly found the two men trespassing and stealing scrap metal. They were issued tickets to appear in court.
