He was arraigned and sent to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital (formerly St. Francis) for an evaluation, and a full stay away order of protection was issued to the victim. On June 8, was arrested again in Hyde Park for violating the order of protection. He was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $500 cash or bail bond.
