, 26, of Rhinebeck, was arrested June 29 in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors, according to a State Police report. He was arrested after he reportedly went after troopers who were arresting a friend of his, and he damaged the victim’s car while fighting with the police. He was arraigned and released on tickets to appear in court.
