, 50, of Red Hook, was arrested July 4 in the Town of Red Hook and charged with two counts of drunk driving, as well as one count of aggravated drunk driving, all misdemeanors, and the infractions of speeding and failure to keep right, according to a Red Hook Police report. His arrest followed a 1-car accident, the report said, in which a vehicle traveling at high speed northbound on Route 9G left the roadway and struck a telephone pole head-on at the intersection of Kelly Road. According to the report, , who was driving the vehicle, was uninjured and refused on-scene medical attention.
