, 33, of Hyde Park, was arrested June 27 in Hyde Park and charged with vehicular assault and leaving the scene of a personal injury auto accident, both felonies, as well as driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors, according to a Hyde Park Police report. Police were dispatched to the intersection of Salt Point Turnpike and Cream Street for a two-car auto accident, but one car had left by the time they arrived. Two people in the other auto were transported to Mid Hudson Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. , was arrested. He was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 cash or bail bond.
