Rhinebeck man charged after Clinton road rage incident

, 19, of Rhinebeck, was arrested July 9 in Clinton and charged with menacing with a weapon, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. Troopers were dispatched by Dutchess County 911 to respond to a road rage incident, and investigation revealed that allegedly engaged in a dispute with another driver and displayed what appeared to be a handgun in order to frighten the victim. Investigation showed the weapon was a BB gun. He was released on tickets to appear in court.
