3 charged after drug probe at Red Hook Hannaford lot

, 24, and , 27, both of Red Hook, and , 31, of Kingston, were arrested Aug. 10 in the Town of Red Hook, according to a Red Hook Police report. On Aug. 9, a patrol officer reportedly observed suspicious activity in the Hannaford parking lot in Red Hook, the report said, and after interviewing the suspects and conducting an investigation into possible drug sales, the three were allegedly found to be in possession of more than 35 bags of heroin, hypodermic needles, and crack cocaine. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony, and possession of hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both misdemeanors. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. was remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $1,500 bail, was remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $5,000 bail, and was released on his own recognizance.
