Anderson employee charged with striking child

, 22, of Pleasant Valley, was arrested Sept. 15 in Hyde Park and charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, a felony, according to a State Police report. Investigation revealed that on Sept. 5, , an employee at the Anderson Center for Autism, allegedly struck an autistic child in the face. She was released on tickets to appear in court.
