Criminal possession charges

John Dorrer, 23, of Rhinebeck, was arrested Sept. 20 in the Town of Rhinebeck and charged with criminal possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors, as well as having stickers on his rear windshield, an exhaust system equipment violation, failure to keep right, a right-of-way violation, illegal signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, and drinking alcohol while operating a motor vehicle, all infractions, according to a State Police report. He was released on tickets to appear in court… Peter Brant, Jr., 20, of New York City, was arrested Sept. 24 in the Village of Red Hook and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, according to a Red Hook Police report. He was processed and released on tickets to appear in court… Uriel Adams, 19, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Sept. 25 in the Village of Rhinebeck on a warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to a State Police report. He was turned over to the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department.
