Boston resident charged with forgery in Rhinebeck

, 19, a resident of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested on August 15, 2020 in the Town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. They were charged with possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony, and false personation, a Class B misdemeanor.
