13 new positive tests for Coronavirus were reported on August 24 in Dutchess County. Residents had been given 1465 live virus tests per day on average the week before.
The active case count stood at 264, an increase of 3 from the prior day. COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 10, a drop of 2. There were no new deaths reported in the county attributed to the disease.
In the previous three weeks, active cases were up 10%, hospitalizations were up 233% and there were no deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
