8 new positive tests for Coronavirus were reported on August 25 in Dutchess County. Over the previous seven days, residents had been given an average of 1476 live virus tests per day. The active case count stood at 230, a drop of 34 from the prior day. COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 10, unchanged. There were no new deaths reported in the county attributed to the disease.
In the previous three weeks, active cases were unchanged, hospitalizations were up 150% and there had been no deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
