After being postponed six months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the villages of Rhinebeck and Tivoli will hold their elections on Tuesday, Sept. 15. All positions are uncontested.

In Rhinebeck, two village trustee positions will be on the ballot. According to Rhinebeck Village Clerk Martina McClinton, Brant Neuneker, an incumbent and Vanessa Bertozzi are running unopposed. Polls will be open from noon to 9pm at the Rhinebeck firehouse.

In Tivoli, two village trustees and the village justice are on the ballot. According to Tivoli Village Clerk Robin Bruno, Howard Clark is running unopposed for justice and trustees Emily Majer and Jeanann Schneider are seeking re-election. Polls will be open from noon to 9pm at the Tivoli firehouse.

Residents of the villages must be registered to vote by Sept. 4. Online registration is available here.

For absentee ballot options, call your village hall – absentee ballots are handled by the villages, not the county.
