Seventeen new positive tests for coronavirus were reported on Sunday, Sept. 20 in Dutchess County, according to the NYS Department of Health.

On Saturday, the most recent data posted by Dutchess County, the number of active cases being monitored by the county was 123, a drop of 2 from the previous day and COVID-19 hospitalizations were at 6, an increase of 1.

There were no new deaths attributed to the disease reported by the county.

Over the previous seven days, an average of 1,274 live virus tests were given to county residents each day. Compared to three weeks earlier, active cases were down 50%, hospitalizations were down 25% and there had been 3 new deaths caused by or related to COVID-19.
