Poughkeepsie resident charged with DWI in Hyde Park

, 43, a resident of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Sept. 27, 2020 in the Town of Hyde Park, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.08 of 1% (first offense), a misdemeanor, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
