Poughkeepsie resident charged with forged instrument in Rhinebeck

, 24, a resident of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Sept. 30, 2020 in the Town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
