Red Hook Police report the arrest of 
, 47, of Rhinebeck. 
was arrested Sept. 22, 2020 at 10:15 pm on East Market Street in the Village of Red Hook. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as refusing to take a breath test and several other traffic infractions. He was processed and released on tickets with a future court date.
