Poughkeepsie resident charged with endangering the disabled in Rhinebeck

, 37, a resident of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Oct. 8, 2020 in the Town of Rhinebeck, according to a NY State Police report. was charged with endangering the disabled in the first degree, a Class E felony, and was given tickets to appear in court at a later date.
